Social Media Community Guidelines

At ImmunityBio, we use social media to share information about our corporate updates, and we welcome dialogue with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and the broader community about our company and our science. These guidelines are intended to support a respectful, informative, and compliant environment for all participants.

Because we operate in a highly regulated industry, our ability to engage on social media is subject to important limitations. Our social media profiles are intended for certain audiences and may not be applicable to or compliant with regulations outside of the United States.

Content shared across our channels is intended for general information purposes and should not be considered medical advice. If you have any questions about your health or treatment, we encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

We do not provide 24/7 monitoring of our social media challenges and cannot guarantee a response to all comments, messages, or mentions. We also reserve the right to remove, hide, or report content that does not align with these guidelines. To ensure compliance with FDA regulations regarding the balance of benefit and risk information, we may remove comments that mention specific prescription medications by name.

Reporting Adverse Events

Patient safety is our priority. Please refrain from sharing adverse events (AEs) or specific medical information in public comments on social media. Instead, we encourage you to report this information through one of the appropriate channels listed below.

We reserve the right to remove, hide, or report content that does not align with these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in restricted access to our channels.

Comments discussing the use of our products for indications or dosages not approved by the FDA, i.e. “off-label use,” will be removed to ensure the safety and accuracy of information shared.
